Welcome to BuddyScooper. By using our pet waste removal services, you agree to the following terms. BuddyScooper is a brand owned and operated by Brook and Pebble Group LLC.
1. Billing and Payments
Service is billed on a recurring monthly basis. Invoices are generated at the start of the billing cycle and must be paid in full to ensure uninterrupted service. We securely store and process payments through trusted third-party providers. A valid payment method must be kept on file.
2. Yard Access and Safety
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that our team has safe access to the yard on scheduled service days. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked or providing gate codes. If we are unable to access your yard due to a locked gate or other obstruction, you will still be charged for the visit, as we have scheduled the time and fuel for the stop.
For the safety of our team and your pets, aggressive animals must be kept inside during service. We love dogs, but safety is our priority!
3. Weather and Scheduling
We work in most weather conditions, including rain. However, in the event of severe weather that poses a safety risk, we will reschedule your service. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
4. Cancellation and Suspension
You may cancel or pause your service at any time with at least 24 hours' notice. No long-term contracts are required. Cancellations requested with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a one-time service fee.
5. Liability and Damages
BuddyScooper (Brook and Pebble Group LLC) is fully insured, bonded, and licensed. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to gates, lawns, or fences. We sanitize our tools and boots to the highest industry standards to ensure the health of your pets.
6. Data and Privacy
By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We retain account records for up to 3 years after service cancellation for billing and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time after cancellation by contacting woof@buddyscooper.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active customers via email.
