🏠 General Service
Do I need to be home during service? +
Nope! As long as we have access to your yard (gates unlocked or code provided), we'll handle everything while you're out. We'll send you a text when we arrive and a photo proof when we're finished!
What do you do with the waste? +
We actually leave it in your trash in a sealed bag, or we can dispose of it at an approved facility for an extra fee. Just let us know which you prefer!
How often should I have my yard scooped? +
Most families find that once-a-week service is perfect for keeping things clean and fresh. If you have multiple pups or a smaller yard, twice-a-week might be the way to go!
🛡️ Safety & Health
Do you sanitize your tools? +
Absolutely. We prioritize your pet's health. We clean and sanitize all tools and boots with a kennel-grade disinfectant after every single visit to prevent the spread of parasites and diseases like parvo.
What if my dog is out in the yard? +
We love dogs! If your pup is friendly, we're happy to say hello. However, if they are protective or aggressive, we ask that they stay inside during our visit for the safety of our team and your pet.
💳 Billing & Account
Are there any contracts? +
Never. You can pause or cancel your service at any time with 24-hour notice. We believe in earning your business with every visit, not with a piece of paper.
What if it rains on my service day? +
We're out there rain or shine! In cases of extreme weather (like heavy snow or dangerous storms), we'll notify you and reschedule for the next safe opportunity.
