Your information is used to schedule visits, provide service notifications, process billing, and communicate about your account or our services. We may also use data for internal analysis to improve our operations.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or lease your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business (e.g., scheduling software, payment processors) under strict confidentiality agreements.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information under our control. However, no internet transmission is ever completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

After service cancellation, we typically retain account records for up to 3 years for billing and legal compliance purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information. After your service has been cancelled, you may submit a data deletion request and we will remove your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Note: We may retain certain records as required by law (e.g., billing records, tax documents) even after a deletion request is processed.
